| Airborne Particle Counters |
100
LPM Flow Rate
Saves time in Cleanroom Testing
International GMPs require the sampling
of a full cubic meter of air per location
in Grade A environments, for certification
/ validation testing. Traditional 1 CFM
particle counters take over 35 minutes
at each location to sample a full cubic
meter of air. The SOLAIR 3350 / 5350 and
SOLAIR 3350Rx / 5350Rx particle counters
perform this testing in just 10 minutes
(a time savings of 25 minutes per location!).
In comparison to 50 LPM units the SOLAIR
3350 / 5350 and SOLAIR 3350Rx / 5350Rx
particle counters save 10 minutes per
location.
This equates to time and money saved in
terms of testing cleanrooms and getting
facilities up and running faster.
ISO 14644-1 defines the requirements for
the minimum sample volume per location
as a function of the class limit for the
largest considered particle size. For
some cleanrooms this volume can be extremely
high, depending upon the largest considered
particle size. With the SOLAIR 3350’s
minimum detection of 0.3 micron, cleanroom
testing of ISO 2 thru ISO 9 cleanrooms
can be done in considerably less time.

> SOLAIR 3350Rx |
| SOLAIR 3350Rx |
| |
| With
fast, reliable sampling of one
cubic meter of air in only ten
minutes, the SOLAIR 3350Rx
portable airborne particle counters
offer sensitivities of 0.3 microns,
at a flow rate of 100 liters per
minute or 3.53 CFM. Housed in
a sleek 316L stainless steel enclosure,
the SOLAIR 3350Rx
is ideal for use in facilities
that require instrument wipe-down.
The built-in 5.7-inch (14.47
cm) color touch screen makes the
SOLAIR 3350Rx
easy to configure and operate.
The instruments can store up to
3,000 records of particle count
data from up to 6 channels. All
data can be quickly and reliably
transferred to a computer, printed
on the built-in thermal printer
or transferred to a USB Flash
Drive.
Multiple interfaces - Ethernet,
RS-485, USB and USB Flash Drive
- make communicating with these
instruments extremely flexible.
The SOLAIR 3350Rx
can be used as portable instruments
or integrated into a facility
monitoring system. |
