UL-Listed Filter Fan Unit with Flexible Sizing and Custom Design Options
One Source Environmental manufactures our own brand of Filter Fan Unit (FFUs) sold as “Filtered Air Technology (FAT)” 6.1, 8.1 or 16.1. with 6.1 being a nominal 2’x2’ unit, 8.1 a 2’x4’ unit and 16.1 being a 4’x4’ unit.
Our units have been thoroughly tested & inspected and are listed by Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) as UL #E487854.
Our UL listing allows us to produce our FFU’s in size ranges as shown in the chart below which allows us to not only sell to the traditional cleanroom market but also provide FFUs to OEM manufacturers to be used in a variety of production tools. We also incorporate these FFUs into our own custom “Mini-Environment” designs and Modular Cleanroom solution offerings. This size flexibility, while still adhering to the UL testing criteria, this feature along with others, sets us apart from competitive FFUs on the market.
Custom-Built UL-Listed Filter Fan Units for Cleanroom Applications
Our units are available in a number of fan diameters (250mm thru 400mm) and can be fitted with either HEPA or ULPA filter media in either PTFE or Silica Glass depending on the application.
Through our partnership with GCS we can tailor a “Non-Proprietary” PLC based control system that will provide detailed operational parameters and information based on a Clients requirement.
