John has provided dependable vacuum maintenance and ESD testing for our team over 14 years. He was consistently punctual, prepared, and professional, communicating clearly about equipment needs and issues while ensuring the work was completed properly. His dedication, strong work ethic, and positive attitude made him a pleasure to work with.

  • John worked on our vacuum cleaners from 2009 thru 2024 along with ESD Testing. In 2025 we decided to do the vacuum maintenance in house along with the ESD Testing.
John is very dedicated he would show up on time and would let me know if he would be late, which was rare. He was always prepared to do the work and clean up what was generated. John would send me a list of parts needed to do the job. If he had an issue while maintaining the equipment, he would notify me and we would resolve what was causing the issue. The waste generated, he would help me in putting the waste in the proper container.
I enjoyed working with John – His professionalism, willing to do what was needed, making sure his tool bag had the tools to do the job.
