Mini-Environments can vary greatly by design and can range from one-off enclosures needed to overcome specific manufacturing environmental challenges. Once a design is perfected the Mini-Environment often becomes part of a standard OEM component of a larger process tool or system. We not only design the enclosure itself but also any custom perforated tables or equipment holders that may be necessary as part of a complete system.
